The troubled star Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Blair Berk is furious over the release of Lindsay’s reports of the toxicology tests. He has accused the police for “selling stories” after the actress’ toxicology tests about her drunken driving arrest were published online.

According to a report on TMZ.com, Lindsay Lohan had cocaine “nearly twice the legal limit” of alcohol in her blood after she crashed her Merc in Beverley Hills, California on 26 May this year (07). After the incident Lohan checked in again in the rehab center at Malibu where she had gone before to seek treatment.

However Blair is unhappy with the police for revealing Lindsay’s reports to TMZ.com. He tells the New York Daily News that “This is an ongoing investigation. It is shameful that law enforcement would be selling stories, let alone unverified ones.”
