Yesenia Penalba, daughter of an outspoken Spanish politician was kidnapped in Madrid by some gang. Tim Drake, wearing the Red Robin costume hunts them down in an attempt to rescue the girl. He rescues her from the gang easily, only having trouble with one of them who shoots fire from his hands.
