Most Americans I know do not know anything about the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, but it is a community of religious believers that should be recognized for its humanity and peacefulness.

For their beliefs, the Ahmadis are persecuted in a number of countries, in addition to being discriminated against in many others, including my own, where an anti-Islamic mentality has taken shape due to the scourge of terrorism that is championed by what I consider misdirected people who improperly classify themselves as Muslims.
