“For those of you wondering how it was done…
The skin change suggest a result of liposuction, followed by various cosmetic surgery. The resulting bulk may be either through exercise or implants.”
Sammy-do you know anything about bariatrics? I doubt it. The truth is, a lot of people can lose weight through gastric bypass surgery (which is very likely in this case) and he lost between 150-225 pounds over the course of the next year to year and a half. Even with losing that weight over 12 to 18 months there would be excess skin of this magnitude. Post-bariatric surgery (which is needed in 90% of post-gastric bypass patients) with a plastic surgeon is definitely what has happened here. There must be a great story with these pics, but as a surgeon, I’m certain this is from bariatrics. Not, from working out and eating right. Congratulating someone on having surgery to save their own life is not very noble. Sorry to disappoint.
