until Eccolo's wine director, Shannon Tucker, and bar manager, Jarrett Adams, retooled the restaurant's cocktail menu, it had never been a destination for cocktailians.

That's all changed, with a rotating list of 11 cocktails that feature artisan spirits and house-made ingredients

several new drinks

handcrafted, seasonal spin

The vibe: Casually elegant. The overall ambience is equal parts rustic Italian and contemporary Californian - you will be comfortable in either jeans or a little black dress.

Signature drink: The cocktail menu gives a seasonal twist to classic cocktails, such as the gin Clover Club ($10), which is made with fresh raspberries and gin. Seasonal produce also takes center stage in the Blue Bird ($10), vodka with muddled blueberries and thyme, and the Smoke Screen ($10), with muddled kumquats, Lapsang Souchong tea and Old Overholt.

The well-edited drinks list also features a Maker's Mark mint julep, a Vesper and a Hemingway daiquiri (all $10).
