We are Sharon and Roy Montero, cofounders of SEO The Write Way (a search engine optimization consultancy) and the iWomen Online Network (a networking community for women owned Websites). We also teach an Online search engine optimization class, known as "SEO The Write Way" that runs for 6 weeks and we also publish a monthly SEO question & answer column with the same name. We have been consulting with business owners on the fine art and science (albeit not an exact science) of SEO since 1996 and we have been avid and frequent contributors to the various SEO and marketing forums for the same length of time. We are also moderators for a few of them.
